Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. A monthly subscription can be cancelled before the next payment date. A yearly subscription runs for a year and gives two months free.
What does unlimited scanning mean?
With Premium you scan as many companies as you need, up to 300 full scans per month. If you structurally need more, we make a custom arrangement.
What is a KYB investigation?
A personal investigation into a customer, supplier or business partner. The AI prepares the file, a SafetyBizz fraud analyst investigates it and you get a written outcome with advice.
Can I upgrade to Premium later?
Yes, at any time. Email us and we switch your plan.
Do prices include VAT?
No, all prices exclude VAT.
